‘I breathe... I feel with all my senses, I go slowly, I observe... I belong to what surrounds me, I nourish myself, I am inspired.
I connect with the deep to create my paintings, that flower, that fruit, that root, that leaf or that earth that I saw on the way, to extract pigments, to experiment... pure alchemy. I feel that nature gives me the tools for my art to express itself freely and simply....
I am a guardian of the place I inhabit today, my work is to transmit the beauty that dwells within and that which surrounds us, to honour that which makes me human, united to this whole that envelops me, penetrates me and transforms me.
Art is part of my path, I am art.
